Program and Impact Lead
Leadership Great South Coast (LGSC) is entering an exciting new chapter as we strengthen our role as a regional leadership institution across the Great South Coast.
We are seeking a strategic, community-minded and impact-driven professional to lead the design, delivery and evolution of our Leadership Programs and associated initiatives.
Role Description
Reporting to the Executive Officer, the Program & Impact Lead will:
Design and deliver Leadership Great South Coast Programs.
Mentor and support participants through their leadership journey.
Strengthen alumni engagement and activation.
Lead program evaluation and impact measurement.
Contribute to regional leadership conversations and partnerships.
Support development of additional leadership offerings.
This role focuses on program quality, community impact and stakeholder engagement — supported by dedicated administrative coordination.
Part-time (0.6 FTE)

You will bring:
Demonstrated experience in adult learning, facilitation or community development.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing programs or projects within budget.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A deep commitment to regional leadership and community development.
