LGSC announces new Executive Officer

Leadership Great South Coast (LGSC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Castles as our new Executive Officer, effective January 2026.

Andrew is a Warrnambool-based leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience in leadership development, strategic alignment, and governance support. His career spans senior executive roles in Australia and internationally, with a strong track record in organisational transformation, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery. Andrew has also been involved in establishing a not for profit social housing organisation.  

Andrew has demonstrated a deep commitment to community impact and regional development. Bringing expertise in designing and facilitating leadership programs across industries including dairy, energy, and manufacturing, and is passionate about strengthening local community leadership networks and fostering inclusivity.

We look forward to Andrew’s leadership in amplifying the region’s voice, advancing LGSC’s purpose to foster regional leadership for community impact. Andrew will commence with LGSC on the 19th January 2026.
