Shannon is the Port of Portland Commercial Manager.  Shannon has progressed rapidly through the ranks of the Operations team at the Port of Portland, originally commencing as a fitter and turner in 2003, and then as Operations Supervisor in 2008, where he was responsible for coordinating POPL’s maintenance, mooring and stevedoring activities. Moving to Operations Manger in 2014.

His strengths are in a deep understanding of the Port’s operations and ensuring that these are harnessed to ensure our customers supply chain needs are met. In particular Shannon works on developing facilities for Port of Portland’s new trades.
